Coach Dame
Founder CEO
Coach Dame has been around the game his whole life. He began his career as a quarterback at a young age, then transitioned to wide receiver in high school. On defense, he lined up at defensive end, outside linebacker, and ultimately strong safety in high school — giving him a complete understanding of the game from every angle.
In high school, Damian made his mark — earning 2× First-Team All-State honors, being named to the All-Pennsylvania Team, breaking six school records, and finishing with over 4,000 all-purpose yards and 31 touchdowns out of high school. His performance drew Division 1 attention, with offers from schools like the University of Delaware, before committing to Stonehill College. He saw action as a true freshman at Stonehill, playing in four games before ultimately stepping away and shifting his focus to building Route Factory.
That wide-ranging experience — playing multiple positions, competing at a high level, and studying the game inside and out — is what fuels the value he brings to athletes today. Coach Dame knows what it takes to get to the next level, and his mission is to pass that knowledge on, helping athletes sharpen their craft, master the details, and dominate when it matters most.
