At Route Factory, we value your time and ours. To keep training fair and consistent for all athletes, we enforce the following policies

Private/Group Sessions

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or reschedule

• To cancel, cancel through confirmation email on Acuity booking or text Coach Dame if an issue arises

Programs/Digital products

• All online programs, courses, and digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased

Merchandise (Apparel & gear)

• Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving them if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if shipped, otherwise hand to Coach Dame directly

No-show policy

• If no communication is made before your scheduled training session, no refund will be issued.
